We can't say enough good things about her in this short little review. Professional, patient, thorough, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile are just a few things you can expect from her. We took nearly 2 years to make this happen, and we bought our home without ever physically seeing it in person. When we arrived for the first time, we were completely overwhelmed. Tara had totally exceeded our expectations! We've bought and sold several homes over the years, and Tara is by far one of those few "Shining Stars" that you find once in a while. "A big shout-out to Tara Belanger, who was my real estate agent for the home purchase in St Augustine, FL. From her informative video of the St Augustine and Nocatee area, which was how we found her for our home search through the close-out process, the support, communication, and all-around knowledge of this process were first-class. We were building a new home and were out-of-town buyers. As such, getting detailed updates on a regular basis was challenging; however, Tara, on many occasions, traveled to the in-progress build, established a rapport with the project manager overseeing the build, and provided comprehensive updates on the home. Her approach to take contiguous video snippets, which were easier to text of each area of the home made me feel as if I had just done the walk through during each of her visits. Her wealth of knowledge through the build process, her knowledge of local businesses for things that needed to be done upon moving in, was like having a personal concierge that was always available. The thing I appreciated the most was Tara's responsiveness to any questions I had and her proactive approach to provide information or a progress update on the home.
